  At Spare Mover, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

  1) Order Cancellations

  Before Shipment:
  You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@sparemover.com or call +91 84190 08700. Once confirmed, you will receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable payment gateway charges, if applicable).

  After Shipment:
  If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return as per the Return Policy after delivery, subject to eligibility.

  2) Returns & Refund Eligibility (30 Days)

  You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product only if:

  • The product is damaged on delivery, defective, or not as described

  • You received an incorrect item

  Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • Lamination / warranty stickers must remain intact. Removal or tampering may void eligibility

  • Items showing signs of use, physical damage after delivery, missing parts, or altered condition may be rejected or may qualify only for partial refund (where applicable)

  • For functional issues, you may be asked to share a clear testing video showing the problem

  Non-Returnable Items
  Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Software/consumables

  • Customized/personalized products (if any)

  • Any product explicitly marked “Non-returnable” on the product page

  3) Damaged / Wrong / Exchange Delivery Claims (Video Proof – 24 Hours)

  If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or replacement/exchange item in damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  To process such claims, we require a 360° unboxing video recorded in one continuous shot, clearly showing:

  • The outer packaging from all sides

  • The shipping label with the AWB/Tracking number clearly visible

  • The unboxing process from start to finish (no cuts, no edits)

  • The product condition and damage (if any)

  Why this is required: Courier partners generally approve damage/shortage claims only when valid delivery evidence is available. This video helps us verify the issue and submit the claim to the courier for faster resolution.

  Claims may be rejected if the unboxing video is missing, edited, or does not clearly show the AWB number and the full unboxing process.
  Please keep the product, accessories, and packaging safe until the claim is resolved.

  4) Return Request Process

  To initiate a return request within 30 days:

  1. Email us at support@sparemover.com or call +91 84190 08700

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return

  3. If required, share photos/videos for verification

  4. Once approved, we will share return instructions and return address

  5. Pack the item securely to avoid transit damage

  5) Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective / damaged on delivery), we will guide you on the return method.

  • In other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  We recommend using a trackable courier.

  6) Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

  Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  Partial Refunds
  Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned in non-original condition, missing parts, or shows signs of use (where applicable).

  7) Exchanges / Replacements

  We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect item, subject to stock availability.
