  At Spare Mover, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide warranty coverage on select items. Please read this Warranty Policy carefully to understand what is covered, what is not covered, and how to raise a warranty claim.

  1) Warranty Coverage

  1.1 Products Covered
  Warranty applies only to select products where warranty is clearly mentioned on the product page/description. If warranty is not mentioned on the product page, the product is considered non-warranty.

  1.2 Warranty Period
  Warranty period generally ranges from 30 to 90 days (depending on product type), starting from the date of delivery. The exact warranty duration will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.

  2) Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

  Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or technician error

  • Damage due to unauthorized repair/opening/modification

  • Physical damage (cracks, broken connectors, scratches, dents, bend marks, burns, soldering damage, torn flex, etc.)

  • Water/liquid damage, electrical surges, short circuits, overheating, or external causes

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products with tampered/removed lamination or warranty stickers (warranty becomes void)

  • Damage caused during return shipping due to poor packing

  Many spare parts require professional installation. We recommend installation by a qualified technician.

  3) Warranty Claim Requirements (Proof Needed)

  To raise a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Order ID / Invoice details

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • If required, a testing video demonstrating the defect in a clear way

  • Product must have original warranty/lamination stickers intact

  4) Warranty Claim Process

  Step 1: Contact Us
  Email support@sparemover.com or call +91 84190 08700 within the warranty period, sharing:

  • Order ID

  • Product details

  • Issue description + supporting photos/videos

  Step 2: Verification & Return for Inspection
  If your claim is eligible, we will provide instructions and return address for inspection.
  You must pack the product securely in original/secure packaging to avoid transit damage.

  Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
  After inspection, if the defect is verified and covered under warranty, we will offer one of the following (as applicable):

  • Repair (where possible), or

  • Replacement (same or equivalent, subject to stock), or

  • Refund (only if repair/replacement is not possible)

  5) Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customer bears the cost of shipping the product to us for inspection.

  • If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired/replaced item back to you (standard shipping method).

  • If the claim is rejected, return shipping (back to customer) may be chargeable.

  6) Limitations of Liability

  • Spare Mover is not responsible for any incidental or consequential losses arising from use/installation of the product.

  • Warranty is limited to repair/replacement/refund of the product value as decided by us after inspection.

  7) Non-Warranty Support

  If your product is out of warranty or the issue is not covered, you may still contact us. We may assist with repair guidance or paid repair options (subject to feasibility).
