Return Policy

Return Policy (Updated)

At Spare Mover, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the eligibility and conditions below.

1) Return Window (30 Days)

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) Returns Accepted For (Defective + Non-Defective)

2.1 Defective / Issue Returns

Return is allowed if:

  • Product is defective / not working (after verification), or

  • Product is damaged on delivery, or

  • Product is not as described, or

  • You received a wrong item

2.2 Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind / Wrong Model Ordered)

Non-defective return is allowed if:

  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and not tested/installed, and

  • Product is in original packaging, with all accessories/components intact, and

  • Lamination / warranty stickers are intact (no removal/tampering)

Note: If the product has been installed/used, has physical damage, missing parts, or stickers removed, the return may be rejected.

3) Conditions for All Returns

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging must be available

  • Lamination/warranty stickers must remain intact

  • If product is not working, you may be asked for a clear testing video (for verification)

4) How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must submit the return request using our Returns Form:

Please enter:

  • Order details

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if required)

5) Damaged / Wrong Delivery Claims (Unboxing Video – 24 Hours)

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or damaged replacement/exchange item, you must submit the return request within 24 hours of delivery and provide a 360° unboxing video (single continuous shot) showing:

  • Outer box from all sides

  • Shipping label with AWB/Tracking number clearly visible

  • Full unboxing (no cuts/no edits)

  • Product condition/damage

Claims may be rejected if the unboxing video is missing/edited or AWB is not visible.

6) Return Shipping (Who Pays)

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (by default).

  • If the return is approved due to wrong item sent / damaged on delivery / verified defect, we may provide guidance on the return method.

7) Refunds (7–10 Business Days)

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping/COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless required by law

8) Exchanges / Replacements

If the return is approved for wrong/defective item, replacement may be provided subject to stock availability.
