  At Spare Mover, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping for customers across India. Please read the details below regarding shipping methods, charges, timelines, and delivery-related claims.

  1) Shipping Locations

  We deliver across India. Delivery availability depends on serviceability at your PIN code and courier partner coverage.

  2) Shipping Charges

  We offer two shipping charge structures:

  a) Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (shipping charge: ₹0)

  b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders include ₹150 extra charges (shipping/COD handling).

  • This ₹150 charge is non-refundable, including in case of return/cancellation (except where required by applicable law).

  The final shipping method available (Prepaid/COD) will be shown at checkout based on your PIN code.

  3) Delivery Time (Estimated)

  We aim to deliver as quickly as possible:

  • Metro Cities: 1–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

  Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, local restrictions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  4) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  5) Order Tracking

  Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable). You can track your shipment using the shared tracking link.

  6) Shipping Partners

  We work with reputed courier partners. Courier selection may vary depending on your location, serviceability, and shipment size/weight.

  7) Undeliverable / RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments

  If a shipment becomes undeliverable due to reasons such as:

  • incorrect address / incomplete details provided by the customer

  • customer unavailable / repeated failed delivery attempts

  • refusal to accept delivery

  • refusal to pay COD amount

  then the shipment may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

  • Return shipping / re-shipping charges may be applicable, and

  • COD charges (₹150) are non-refundable.

  We request customers to provide accurate shipping details and keep the phone number active to avoid delays and RTO.

  8) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  COD is available for most serviceable locations. If COD is available for your PIN code, it will appear at checkout.

  Important for COD orders:

  • COD orders carry ₹150 extra charges (shipping/COD handling)

  • ₹150 is non-refundable (including returns/cancellations), except where required by applicable law

  9) Damaged Product / Delivery Claims (24 Hours + Unboxing Video Required)

  If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  To process damage claims, you must provide a 360° box opening / unboxing video recorded in one continuous shot showing:

  • The outer packaging from all sides

  • The shipping label with AWB/Tracking number clearly visible

  • The unboxing process from start to finish (no cuts, no edits)

  • The product condition and damage (if any)

  Without this video proof, damage claims may not be accepted.
  The evidence you share will be submitted to our courier partner for verification. Final approval depends on the courier partner’s investigation and response, and we will share the same with you.

  Please keep the product, accessories, and packaging safe until the claim is resolved.

  10) Delays and Issues

  While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, transport disruptions, or courier network delays). We will assist you with tracking and resolution wherever possible.
